I was going to make a rye saison with 3724 but I looked at my inventory and have 12lbs 2row and 1#dex 1/2# 20l crystal 1/2# 80l crystal.
hops on hand include Belma, Cascade, Centenial, Citra, Columbus, Galenna, Goldings, Mt. Hood, Saaz, Simcoe, Warrior at least four ounces of all these varieties. I also have 05 and 04 yeast on hand. Should I just use one of those or try the 3724.
Thanks in advance for any help.

You have a ton of pale ale options with those hops, but that is not what you are looking for.

You could pull off a rye saison with with maybe 9 lbs of 2 row; 1 lb of rye, didn't see this on this list but assuming that you have it; a touch of the dextrose malt for head and .5 lb of the crystal 20L. For hopos, if you are going for a true saison style, I would stick with the Saaz and maybe some of the goldings. I could be more specific with the hops if I knew the AAU of them. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the input. I think I might just go saison style and not hop it up to much. I have tried couple different farmhouse ipas from local breweries and they were interesting. Just was wondering if 3724 would really clash with any of those hops because I have neverused it before or if I should just let yeast shine through and keep it lower IBUs.

There are a number of hoppy saisons out there. You could push the envelope a bit but I would stick with a know comodity like cascade if you were going to go for it. Maybe to a late addition of 1 oz into the mix. It certainly won't kill the beer and it may be awesome.
