Gents,
I've had this IPA fermenting for 10 days now. Originally the fermentation took off and I figured it would be a 3-5 day process. Anticipating the fermentation coming to an end after I reached the FG for the recipe I used and the Krausen dissipating I dry hopped yesterday.
The damn airlock is still bubbling once a minute...
I pitched two vials of WLP001 (one as a starter and one vial straight into the wort). The wort tastes as I expected when I tested the gravity yesterday. My concern is that I may have prematurely dry hopped.
Any advice for me to salvage the hop aroma/flavor in this brew and still allow the yeast to clean up a bit?
Thanks.
