Hey folks,
So I've probably got 8 batches or so of extract under my belt, and while I still lack the equipment to go all-grain, I'm about done with the world of NB ready-made kits. There's one I like a lot (Highrise IPA) and a few that are fine and a couple stinkers. More than anything I'm just the kind of person that likes to do things himself, as I imagine all homebrewers are by definition. So I'm looking for some feedback on a recipe I put together on Brewer's Friend:

I'm interested in any red flags you guys see in the grain bill, and then your best educated guesses about how the hops might play together. I'm looking for something pretty clean, not overpoweringly bitter (keeping in mind I love bitter) with a bright, fresh, aromatic hop experience. I love commercial beers I've had with galaxy in them, and hear it plays well with other complimentary hops, thus the mosaic. Thanks a ton for your help!
