About to brew my first all grain batch this weekend with the brew in a bag method. Looking for some criticisim on the recipe I threwtogether. Wanted a lighter grain bill for my first BIAB and I love nice, citrusy, juicy IPAs. Any and all feedback welcome!

malt & fermentables
70% 8lb American Two-row Pale
17% 2lb Vienna Malt
9% 1lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L
4% 8oz Carafoam
Total 11lb 8oz

Batch size: 5.0 gallons
Original Gravity 1.060
Final Gravity 1.014
Color 8° SRM / 15° EBC (Gold to Copper)
Mash Efficiency 70%

Looks good but that looks like a lot of caramel and carafoam. 1/2 pound - 3/4 pound total would be enough. Unless you are looking for a sweet tasting ale. Never used carafoam before but I would knock both of those malts down by 50%

Maybe add a hop addition at flame out. An ounce of Cascades.

Definitely not looking for something sweet. Carafoam is for mouthfeel and head retention only, so if 4oz will do the trick for that, sounds perfect. 8oz of the Crystal 40 sounds good too. First time putting together a grain bill like this so I was really just guessing. I prefer IPAs a bit drier and with just a bit of sweetness.
