IPA Hop combination.

So my stock grain bill is

13lb of maris otter low colour
8oz aromatic malt
6oz flaked barley

WLP090

mashed 148F

IBU = 60 with warrior bittering addition.

I normally spit my hops additions between a big stand and a big dry hop.

I have 4 candidates, galaxy, simcoe, mosaic, nelson.

suggestions welcome

I also have a couple oz's of centennial, amarillo, comet and chinook in the freezer

.5 oz Chinook at 60
.75 oz Simcoe at 20

1 oz Galaxy Flame out
1 oz Mosaic at Flame out

chill to 160 steep 40 min
2.0 oz Galaxy
1.0 oz Nelson
1.0 oz Amarillo
0.5 oz Comet

Dry hop 5 days

2.0 oz Galaxy
1.0 oz Nelson
2.0 oz Amarillo
