Help me decide on a hop bill for an ipa. I'm thinking of doing 10 gallons. Maybe 100% pils, maybe 50/50 pils and two row. Haven't decided yet.
Here are the available hops.

2 oz Galaxy
2 oz nugget
6 oz cascade
8 oz citra
8 oz Amarillo
1 lb centennial

I'm thinking 6 1/2% 80 ibus

Thoughts?

60 min. ... centennial, about 50 ibu
10 min, 1 oz cascade, Amarillo, galaxy
5 min 1 oz Citra and cascade
0 min 1 oz Amarillo, centennial, galaxy, steep for 30 min.

Dry hop with Citra Amarillo galaxy

I agree with tgmartin but I would make the 0 min addition an oz of each (3 oz total) in a hopstand at 175 for 30 min and then a 3 oz dry hop. Tg's hop schedule will give you a nice citrusy IPA. Yummm!

For 10 gallons:

50/50 pils and two row

90 minute boil

1.25 oz. nugget @ 60 min
0.75 oz. nugget @ 30 min
2 oz. centennial @ 10 min
3 oz. cascade @ 10 min
2 oz. galaxy @ whirlpool (160 F hopstand)
3 oz. cascade @ whirlpool (160 F hopstand)
3 oz. amarillo @ dryhop
3 oz. citra @ dryhop
