Instant kombucha from scoby hotel

I have a decent amount of liquid in a scoby hotel.

I'm wondering if I can blend some of this very strong kombucha with sweet tea to make instant kombucha.

Most of all, I'm wondering if it will be stable if I keep it refrigerated.
