In a few months I'll be opening a nano brewery and vacation rental. Since the rental will be above the brewery by one floor, I can't see a reason why there shouldn't be a draft system in the kitchen. That being said I've been looking at inline flow meters to charge the guests per 12oz of draft beer. I think I'm clever, but I'm also certain someone here has already done that.
That said, I'd be interested to know your thoughts on how your successes have been..
