Does anyone has tips for using Inkbird temperature controller? Or something you feel confusing before, but you figure it out. Please share with others.

I've had one for a couple months and just ordered another (thanks for the coupon!) to go with another newly ordered fridge. The documentation is pretty thorough and straightforward, read it before you start and I think you'll be fine. The only real tip I would suggest is to make sure you stick the probe to your fermenter (I use duct tape over a bit of foam insulation) so you're actually measuring the temperature of the wort.

Excellent piece of kit!

I've had an Inkbird ITC-310T sitting in a closet for about 1.5 years. Never used it. I bought one "just in case" something happened with my main PID temperature controller.

Welp, my thermocouple crapped out and I couldn't find the other.

So I plugged in the Inkbird. Very easy to set up and works as advertised. Great price as well. I paid $55 in 2016 and it saved my fermentation, so I think it's worth it. :)

What unit should I use for a large chest freezer that will be converted into a keezer?

What the voltage, current electric and watt of your freezer? You can consider ITC-308 if these values do not over 110V, 10A and 1100W.
