Can someone help me figure out how to set my Inkbird. I have it wired to 4 thermocouplers that are in aluminum plates and I need it to heat up to 110C. I have the SV set at 110.0 but the PV is going into the - degrees. I have instructions and have looked online and I just do not know what I am doing wrong.

If the measured temperature goes down as it gets hotter, then your thermocouple wires are reversed.
