Having enough beer on stock so that you don't have to drink beer that's not quite ready. Or if it doesnt taste too good you can leave it for a few more weeks.
Now the only problem I have is lack of chillier space. Now winters on its way I plan to leave some kegs and bottles outside in an insulated chest.
Time for an 8 week old beer. I have a feeling it wont see 10!
