Will this ever be drinkable? I have 3 batches that are 6 weeks and taste sour. I kegged it at 4 weeks and saved the trub because I knew something was wrong. I've got plenty of kegs so I can sit on it as long as it takes. But is there any need to keep it?

You have done three batches and they have all had infections? What is your process?
Personally I would let it go and see what you get after some time.

I found out the sanatizer I was using wasn't worth a flip 02 power cleanser no rinse. It grew miold right in the cleanser bucket. I've switched to star san and haven't had another problem yet.
