i just opened this bucket to bottle it. It has been in there fore 3 weeks and it has fermented down for 1.09 to 1.03 which took place with in 10 days. I dont smell anything bad.

You should move it to a carboy or bottle if it has finished fermenting.

It looks like mold, but I believe you can skim off the mold and bottle the rest, especially if you are siphoning from the bottom. Can anyone confirm or gainsay that?
