Swirled once to sink these bits and just found em again a couple hours later. Infected??

It's probably just yeast, although it's hard to tell from the photo. I think it's reflection on the carboy surface, but if not then it might be the start of pellicle.
 
Thanks fellers. I was on team yeast as well, thinking its yeast urs floating on hop trub or on its own. Just wanted to check, doesn't look like little bacteria colonies, but then again I have never seen an infected batch.
 
Holy SH!T!!!!!!!!!!!! That looks like Amebicus streptocaucus! You need to to mix that with priming sugar, bottle it up ASAP and send it to my lab! That stuff is toxic and could cause the next zombie apocalypse. I repeat do not delay and if you have tasted it have someone promptly shoot you in the head if you begin to develop fever or insatiable appetite for flesh.
