So I made my first hefenweizen! I Followed every step I was told to thouroughly, however This is my first batch so how will I know If I have infected beer?

smell it. taste it. if fermentation is over and everything is still good then you got beer.

I believe that the general consensus is that if the beer tastes like "Satan's Anus" then it's infected.
