Hey guys I been reading the forums for months this is my first post. I have brewed this recipe a few times everyone likes it, but I feel it could use something more. Please let me know what you guys think.

6.6lbs Wheat liquid extract
.50lbs caramel malt 10 steep for 30 mins plus zest from 4 oranges
1oz citra hops 60mins
1oz citra hops 30mins
1oz citra hops 10mins
Belgian wit II yeast
1oz sweet orange peel
1oz bitter orange peel both at 30 mins
1 oz tangerine peel at 10 mins

I know that's a lot of citra hops but I like citra hops and think it works well.
