I'm new to brewing but would like to make this... I've done quite a bit of such all to no avail. Any help? Thanks.

You can take a regular Wit recipe that looks good and up the malt and hops proportionally. I'd leave the spices alone (you can always add more later). You'll also need to pitch more yeast and wait a bit longer for it to be ready.

I'd up the malt and leave the hops and spices where they are. Double the grains and do a 40-45 minute steep at ~160F.

Maybe even add fermentables, like honey, agave nectar, dextrose, or even cane sugar to get to your target SG.

What about this?

1lb. Breiss Carapils - 30 mins
9 lbs. Breiss Wheat DME - 60 mins
2 lbs. Agave Nectar
1.5 oz. Hallertauer 60 mins
1.5 oz. Hallertauer 2 mins
1 Tbsp. Coriander
1 Tbsp. Orange Peel
White Labs wl400

At what point should the agave go in the boil?

I would keep the orange peel and coriander at one tablespoon, I just did a batch of Wit, and upped it to 2 tablespoons, and the drinkability kind of suffered a bit. It's still good, I just didn't add anything else in with it, so the are the dominant flavors. Oh well, lesson learned I guess.
