So I can't remember where this recipe came from, but I had it written down. Let me know if it sounds like it will hold true to the style of an irish red, or if I should make some changes. I haven't brewed too many "big" beers so any help would be appreciated.
Partial Mash...
7 lbs. Extra Pale liquid extract
2 lbs. vienna malt
2 lbs. munich malt
1 lb. crystal 60L
2 oz. black roasted barley
1 oz. Cascade hop pellets - 60 min.
1/2 oz. Fuggles hop pellets - 15 min.
1/2 oz. Fuggles hop pellets - 5 min.
White Labs Irish Ale yeast
