Looking for some feedback on a fairly simple recipe im building.
Grain Bill (5 gallon batch)
14 lbs. Maris Otter
1/2 pound Caramel 60L
1 pound table sugar
Hops
Pretty much a lot of Falconer's Flight.
1 oz. Warrior @ 60min.
1 oz. Falconer's Flight each @ 30 min, 20 min, 10, 5, and knockout
Not sure about dry hopping yet.
Yeast
Not sure about what I want to use yet, but I'm looking at the Wyeast 1945NeoBritannia.
Any thoughts, comments, anything you guys would change? Too many high(ish) alpha hops?
