Ok so today is brew day and I need help figuring out in what order to put the ingredients in, what time and for how long. All your ideas would be extremely appreciated.

6.6 lbs amber malt extract
3 lbs light DME
2 lbs honey
1oz centennial
1oz chinook
2oz cascade
1oz williamette

I would like to use all these hops so please let me know.

I'd do the DME at the start of boil, LME near flameout, honey during fermentation

what are the AAs on the hops? also, im not sure you have enough to truly do an IIPA

I didn't get a response back quick enough but I ended up doing...
6.6 lbs amber syrup at 60
3 lbs light dme at 15
1.5lbs honey at flameout
1 oz chinook 11.5aa and 1 oz centennial 9.0aa at 60 min
1 oz williamette 4.8aa at 30 min
1 oz cascade 7.4aa at 15
1 oz cascade 7.4aa at 5

Had an AMAZING smell coming from the wort. I'm really excited about this one, ill post pics when its ready.
