I'm new to brewing.

I'm sorry, I should have come in sooner for introductions.

I'm Anna. My Boyfriend; Xander, acquired a Mr Beer kit last year and got hooked on brewing. Our most recent attempt (the Mr Beer was a failure but was still alcohol) was an Amber Ale that was bottled this evening. We wound up with nearly 60 bottles. And it's delicious.

I've racked 5 Gallons of Apricot Wine that we had also started last summer. We only started the wine because I have a tree in the front yard that fruited for the first time in years. In another month I'll rack it into bottles.

With any hopes, I'll be starting a Cream.... something... beer. Soon.

I also want to get started on Cheese making but I failed at my first attempt.
