Try 10 lbs of 2 row @ 152 for 60 mins
1 oz cascade @ 60
.5 oz cascade @ 30
.5 oz cascade dryhop

I made a 2.5 gallon batch of this because I had an extra 5 lbs of 2 row and an extra oz of hops. I just picked up some safbrew because it was very cheap but the beer turned out GREAT and everyone who tried it loved it!

Post what you end up doing I'm interested in trying a different hop next time.

Well i dont have any cascade but i do have Centennial hops on hand. Super Cascade i have been told. So 2 row or 2 row pale?

I like pale, it has more character to it since it's kilned more. You will love the centennial, it's outstanding and in my opinion better than cascade. Depending on the Alpha Acid of the Centennial you might need to dial back the 60 minute addition.
