Brewed my first batch of extract, this june. Went all grain for my fourth brew. brew number five and six are in cornies attached to a two faucet tower inside a sanyo fridge. Came home tonight and pulled my first draught beer. :mug:

Its a wheat, and a cream ale. Really digging my Cream ale.

9lbs of 2 row, 1 lb of light munich, 1 3/4 lbs of minute rice, 1 oz cascade 60 minutes, 1/2 oz at 30 minutes, and 1/2 oz at flame out.

I think I am hooked.
 
Tastes great, of course I am drinking it too early, just like my firsy batch, but it will only get better. Carbonation is still a little low, but I want to ease it into the right zone.
