I've been buying wort at a local supplier and finishing it at home for over 6 years. Finally decided to go all grain. I purchased an all in one (and a fair bit of other gear) and I am currently on batch 7. Being a bit of a geek and a beer lover, I really enjoy trying to meet the specifications of the recipes. Once I feel I am comfortable with the process (and it's close), I look forward to dry hopping and other tweaks. But, for now just the basics. I've had a lot of questions but no need to post as the answers are here or YouTube or . Thanks for all your help.
