After being on holidays for 5 weeks I am back :)

Since being away I have finally got around to bottling my chocolate coffee porter and my wheat beer. The wheat beer I think has a problem. ...not helped by not putting enough priming sugar in it, but it tastes like cr@p. I suspect that this is due to it sitting in primary for about 8 weeks! Oh well, live and learn. The Chocolate Coffee Porter just tastes like coffee - not a bad thing though ;)

It is now hot here in good ole Tasminia. 36 degrees yesterday and I have no air conditioning in the house (next year I have promised the wife). Hot fermenting beers are the go. Think I will have another shot at the wheat beer, just bottle it sooner this time. Oh well, live and learn.

How is everybody going? Did I miss anything good?
