Finally set up a brew station after talkin about for all these years.
I made a batch of hard cider first.
Turned out pretty good but I know I'll make some changes.
Right now I have a 5 gal. carboy brewing up some ancient orange mead.
Everything's looking good there.
I also have a 5 gallon fermentation bucket of heavy Scottish ale last going since Saturday, 8/27.
Hope to learn and share with others, near and far.
