Anyways, I am getting married Jan 31st, 2015 and want to brew 5 gallons of beer for the event. All I am asking is for you to mail me a bomber of beer (IM me for address) I will taste however few I get and choose my favorite.
When I pick my favorite bomber, I will IM the person for the recipe, brew it, bottle condition it, serve it, and name it after him/her. I will naturally return every single bomber after I pour it and take notes, unless you want to save me the $$ of it.

I am looking for something that ages well though.

You got time, get a barrel and a couple brewing buddies and make your own. We did a sour hefe in a twice used port barrel.

Lots of posts on hour wedding. any idea what style you want to try?

Who is your audience? If it's BMC swillers I'd make a Centennial Golden ale. If it's connoisseurs, I'd make a heady Belgian or Barleywine.

"Send me a bomber and your recipe and I'll 'name it after you'" (whatever that means) sounds like some kind of lame kickstarter. lol

Why not just pick a style and look up a recipe?

They all enjoy Belgian quads. Really, I'll probably do a st bernardus 12 clone.

I have a great belgian brown recipe. Not a quad, I know, but it is nice.

I would go with a recipe that everyone will enjoy. At my wedding we did a light cream ale and a nice bold American Pale Ale for the beer lovers. 15 gallons of it gone in 4 hours!
