I recently brewed a double IPA with mostly Galaxy hops. I am a big fan of the hops, but not the price, so I had to settle for other hops as well. Here is the recipe:

3 gallons
OG: 1.07
IBU: 110

9lbs pale 2 row (US)
.25 lbs C-40

1oz Magnum @ 60min
.25lbs Dextrose (corn sugar) @ 15min
2oz Galaxy @ 10min
1oz Galaxy @ 0min
1oz El Darado @ 0min

1 packet of rehydrated safale US-05

Here is the question... I want to keep as close to the guidelines as I can for a double IPA and have yet to make my dry hop schedule. I know I want to add more Galaxy, but I also have cascade and simcoe that I could use. Any suggestions on how much of what hops would do well for dry hopping?

Cheers.

For 3 gallons I'd take equal parts of the three with 1-1.5 oz added for 3 days and 1-1.5 oz for another 3 days before packaging. Sometimes I pull the first dry hops, but sometimes don't. Laziness is the deciding factor.
