What would I need? I do Partial now, using the a 2gal cool to collect 1st and 2nd wort. I have a big ass brew kettle (no sure how big...but big) with a spigiot. I made a counterflow wort chiller. Brew outside on an turkey burner.

I do have a spare 5gal igloo.

Only interested in doing 5gal batches.

...just curious...

If the 5gal cooler has a spigot, you're ready to go. The biggest beer you'll be able to make will be around 1.080, but you can always bump that with DME.

As long as the kettle is 8+ gal. then it sounds like all you need is a lauter tun. You can build a zap pap tun, buy something, or convert the cooler.

Make yourself a braid with a ball lock to put on your cooler (cost is about $20) & you are set using a 5 gallon cooler. The most you can mash in a 5 gallon cooler is a bit over 14 lbs grain (and that's using a thick mash), but for most batches of ordinarily strength beer you'll be fine.

All you need is a nylon or polyester voile bag that's big enough to fit your kettle inside of. The cooler's only needed if you want to go to a 3-vessel setup, which isn't needed for most 5 gallon batches.

How to go from Extract to AG for < $10.00

Get a "paint strainer" from Lowes. You can like your cooler with it and mash in that. Works great for me and the strainer cost like $2 per bag.
