I wonder what this will taste like?

Any one got experience tasting this? It was a chocolate mead, I'm at a loss for a name now. I used Jack Kellers recipe and was looking forward to this in about a year but seeing as I'm only two months in I guess I will just make another gallon and see where this takes me.

He didn't mention any infection, I think he's just asking how the finished product will taste.
