Just made my second batch a Belgian wit its an all grain recipe I was supposed to put in a lb of flaked wheat but I only put in .2 lbs I didn't notice until after I pitched my yeast. Should I keep it, chuck it, or is there a way to still save it?

hahahah! Keep it! Keep records of everything. If it turns out awesome, who cares that it was .8 pounds shy of the recipe? If it turns out less good, it's still beer that you can improve on next time. :)

Thanks I'm definitely going to keep it. It is fermenting nicely at least and the og was reasonable. Cheers!

Happy accidents - we all have 'em brewing. You made the right choice to keep pluggin' along - you made beer! All is right w/ the world!

Cheers!
