Me and a friend are going to brew the beer this weekend, i came up with the recipe, tell me what you think and if i need to change anything.

Batch size: 21 liter.
2.5 kg of muntons light dme.
0.5 kg of muntons amber dme.
0.5 kg of muntons wheat dme.

Grains:
200 gr of Special B
200 gr of chocolate malt.
Steeped for 30 min. in 67 celsius(153).

Boiled for 60 min.
Hops:
30 gr challenger for 55 min.
30 gr challenger for 40 min.
30 gr e.kent goldings for 20 min.
30 gr e.kent goldings for 5 min.

Yeast: S-04 of safeale.

First fermentation: 10 days at 21 celsius(70)
Second fermentation: 10 days at the same temp adding 150 gr of cocca nibs soaked in bourbon for 3 days, about 150 Ml - 5.5 oz of it.

Primed with 180 grams of dark brown sugar.
Bottled for 20 days.

What exactly are you going for, this might help "brew to style" so to speak or at least gives us an idea of what you want. Since you aren't doign something silly like putting dirty socks in the brew and you are following the basic steps (putting hops, pitching yeast), it's pretty tough telling you if it is "okay" since we don't know what you're shooting for.
