I am going to submit a beer for the first time to a competition and I have no idea what category, per the 2008 BJCP Style guidelines, to submit it in. I think it should go into the category 23A Specialty, but before I do that broad category, I want to make sure it does not fit somewhere else. The beer is a wheat based, about 6% ABV, Agave Chamomile Wheat, brewed with Wyeast Labs Bavarian Wheat Yeast - 3056. I add 4 oz. dried chamomile buds to the brew pot to during the boil and then add 24 oz blue agave nectar to the secondary. Any help or insight is greatly appreciated as I think this is a great beer but I want to know what the local experts think. I dont want to be disqualified due to an improper classification.

can you actually taste the agave nectar? if not, then 21A and only mention the chamomile
