Hi everyone!

I would like to make cherry ale for my girlfriend because she has been helping me a lot with brewing and gathering brewing equipment. :)

I have some ingredients in store, so I would like to use them up (as much as possible) while making a tasty beer (I'd like to get a recipe that has been tested and approved by the women of the house :) ).

So here's what I have in store:

GRAINS:
1) 12 lbs wheat malt
2) 2.2 lbs pilsen malt
3) 1.5 lbs aromatic malt
4) 0.5 lbs oat flakes
5) 0.5 lbs wheat flakes
6) 0.1 lbs barley flakes

HOPS:
1) 1.6 oz Czech Saaz

YEAST:
1) 1 packet of S-33

PS: I have 8 gal fermentation barrel

sooo.....if anyone knows a good recipe that would utilize as much of these ingredients as possible, I'd be grateful :)
Cheers! :mug:
