I made this for my own personal uses but thought I'd share. There used to be a calculator online but that page has expired. It's a downloadable excel that can be found here.

Don't know if anyone would use it but just throwing it out there. Also didn't do extensive bug testing because I'm at work and I did it in 5 min, let me know if something freaks out on you.
 
Thanks! I had been doing my own calculations for making 21 oz and had been using 1ml for the Star San--your's shows .97 so nice to know I was on the right track! Can you tell us what ppm your calculations are designed to meet? The range is reported as 12.5-25 ppm, depending on whether you anticipate solution getting watered down during the process. I shoot for the higher range to be sure.
