Yup,

All I can figure was that when I measuring out what was supposed to be 22 lbs of grain for a 10g batch, I got distracted and shorted my grain bill by 3 to 5 lbs.

Wonder of wonders, I LIKE the result!

Much drier than I usually make, but the US-05 did not have to work as hard to lower the FG.

Tastes great, less filling, doesn't put me to sleep.

Too bad I'll probably never be able to duplicate it again.

At least I have 2 kegs!
