I just racked every single ounce of beer off of an English ale yeast cake and not a single scintilla of yeast/trub went through my auto siphon. The only beer on the yeast cake afterwards was the 1/2 oz left in the tubing when I tossed it back into the fermenter after racking. Flocculation is a beautiful thing.

PS. I just had Gordon Biersch's (Virgina Beach) RyePA, it was way tasty. You should try it if you can. Their about to release an Alt, can't wait for that.

I just bottled my Fullers ESB clone yesterday using White Labs English Ale Yeast. Flocculation is a great thing when bottling you just have to be careful they don't "go to sleep" to early on yah!
