If there is a better feeling than having 4 batches with tremendous activity, I'm not sure what it is. Well, I can think of one for sure, but it's right up there.

Starting in the front...an American cream ale on the left, nut brown ale on the right (this one has no airlock activity. It's been in primary for almost 2 weeks, so it's close), in the back left is an Ocktoberfest-ish (will be a steam style beer...no room for lagering. We'll see how it turned out in about 6 weeks), and back right is a California common.

Next up: EdWorts Apfelwine, a light honey GF brew, and a spice ale I'm coming up with for the holidays. Will start brewing those next week.

You know it's nice to see I'm not the only one with a table in a cool room that has a blanket over it, fermenting concoctions below :D

I had my birthday beer IIPA, hard tea, and 2 wines going bananas just the other week. They were accompanied by another IPA that was at 5weeks and a wheat that was at 2. The room smelled awesome. blub blub blub blub blub

Also to add, since I've started using a carboy, I can't get enough seeing what goes on during fermentation! It's hypnotic, sometimes I'll just sit there and watch. SWMBO thought I was a weirdo, then she looked...

Guess who likes watching now?
