Got my oregano beer bottled today. Was perfectly clear and the taste delicious. I have never had a batch clear up so quickly. It fermented 3 days, then the yeast just dropped out, added more yeast, fermented another 2 days then started to clear up again. I should have done gravity readings on that one, maybe next time. I can still smell oregano in the fermenter even after cleaning and sanitizing it. It'll be fine.
So now I got an empty fermenter so brewing today. Already to my boil. This time just a basic APA. Happy brew day dance!
