I was allowed to take a brand new commercial reddiwip cooler home from work today for free to use as a fermentation chamber. I've never used one before. Any recommendations on how to use it?

A good start would be to tape it to the side. Insulate it with bubble wrap. Reflectix, or what ever you have available.
