Last night I brewed up 5 gallons of some honey wheat ale. I got the recipe from a you tube video that I saw but the recipe forgot to mention the addition of cascade hope at the last 10 minutes. I watched the video again last night and realized that the guy mentioned it in the video but not in the recipe written in the comments. What can I do about this? I put in .5oz of northern brewer 8℅ hops 15 minutes after boil and that's it.

I'd just use the cascade for dry hopping. Wait until it looks like fermentation is done, then add them and let it sit for another 5-ish days. If you don't have the ability to cold crash, line your bottling bucket with a paint strainer bag (available from lowes or home depot) and rack your beer into it. This will help minimize hop debris in your bottled beer. Just carefully lift it out before you start filling bottles.

At 10 minutes most of the hop utilization would go to flavor and aroma. A dry hop does pretty much the same. I would double the amount of hops if possible.

If you don't want to bother with dry hopping, your beer will be good, just not the same as what the recipe intended.
