This beer was fermented 2 months with mixed culture yeast & probiotics & brett elle oude Geuze bottom yeast. It was nice fermentation, pleasent sourness. There were no pellicle when fermentation.
But After bottling this beer, bio film(?) is floating on the top of beer. I don’t think this is krauzen,,Is it brett pellicle..?
