I look over at my ferm chamber with it's ranco temp controller mounted on the wall behind it, and look at it and just feel this sense of pride and I'm just like damn how cool is that. It's about 80f in my living room but my beer is sitting at a very comfortable 66f.

I took a brewery tour of the Dunedin Brewer outside of Tampa. When they showed us the fermentation chambers, what did they have controlling their fermentation temps? You guessed it, the same Ranco controllers I have both on my fermentation chamber and my keezer!!

Talk about a feeling of pride.
