I have put a Belgium dubbel in my keg, about 4 gallons in a 5 gal. Corny keg, beer is seeping out of the ball lock I transfered under pressure (a new go at this as well}.

Do I open the keg, or transfer to another keg or leave it alone?

Very unsure about the kegging thing.

Definitely need to fix it. If it's leaking you'll end up not being able to carb, and possibly slowly bleeding your CO2 tank dry.

Lots of seals in different places. First step is to see if it leaks with your black ball lock on the keg or off. If it leaks without the ball lock on there, you might be able to just tighten the post on the keg and correct it.

If it only leaks with the ball lock connected, you've got more things to check. O-ring on the keg post, or the black disconnect itself. The disconnect has a small cap that can be unscrewed to clean inside. This o-ring could be bad or the call could just be loose and needs a slotted screwdriver to tighten.

If you're using pin lock kegs, I've read the o-ring is slightly larger than the much more prevalent ball lock kegs. So you could have a case where someone put on new o-rings, but they were the wrong ones.

So it is seeping out the beer post? Try putting a keg-mount faucet right on the post, and draw just a few ounces out of the keg. There may be a bit of debris stopping the ball from seating. It shouln't leak, and if you can't make it NOT leak, then you will need to transfer to another keg or replace the beer out post.

Where is it leaking from? Between the post and the keg? From the poppet of the post? From between the post and the ball lock? From the top of the ball lock?

The keg is not connected to co2 tank yet It has pressure in it. Maybe the beer is still fermenting. it leaks from the pop up part.

from the popup

OK, pull the PRV to release pressure in the keg, then take a nail set, screwdriver, or the like and push the poppet down and let it come back up again a couple few times. This may fix it for now. Then you can look into a new poppet later on.

So it wasn't done fermenting when you transferred it? How far off from FG do you think you are?

I just wanted to comment on this although it looks like the op has a completely different issue.

I use pinlock kegs and have the thinner o-rings on them. In my experience a touch of keg lube and it should be fine I usually don't even need the keg lube.

I haven't had any issues with the thinner ball lock o-rings but I would still recommend getting the pinlock ones if you can.

Is this a brand new, or used, keg? If used, did you break down the posts and inspect them, as well as clean and sanitize everything? It's possible, if you did that, that you had some matter get caught during the transfer and simply got stuck in the poppet.

I did clean the keg and take it all apart, I got it to stop
