I am wondering if there is a great, partial mash brewing, recipe for IPA?

I'd like to do a partial mash brewing...using a 1.5 kg malt extract and the rest would be malt to make a 5-gallon batch. I'll use this method: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f39/easy-partial-mash-brewing-pics-75231/

I'd like it to be a good IPA and relatively cheap too.
I think the hops can be rather expensive these days....but I also understand that I'll need to find good quality/cheap malt on my own...but all the information on good recipes could be uselful to me (to a newbie).

Thanks.

Yeah, def check out the recipes in the red strip at the top of the page, looking for partial mash under the IPA heading. I'm going to do my first PM version of my AE IPA with all NZ hops. If it works out well,I may list it.
