So, I'm interested in having my beer judged locally. It would be nice to get some feedback other than my neighbors and friends.

I brewed an american wheat w/ honey malt, but on a whim I added some orange peel. Does that mean I should be a 20 instead of a 6D?
I'd love to enter my scottish 80/= but it's in 16 oz bottles and they require 12 oz. I think carbonation would suffer greatly if I tried to decant and rebottle. Going forward I'm going to do a 6 pack of everything in 12oz bottles so I can have some around to submit next year.
Thanks
