Neither. You are reading the wrong set of numbers (brix). Turn it a quarter turn counter clockwise. Looks to be about 1.058

OH HELL! im not good at this either reading this damn thing! I would think it was 115. Im going to just stick to good luck b/c i must be reading mine wrong. I thought 1 05 would be in the green area?

As I stated above, that is a reading of about 1.058

14 brix =1.057. I only reported 2 digits earlier but to 3 digits it 1.057

Pull the hydrometer out and look at the bottom of the scale (just above the bulge).
You will probably see specific gravity for one scale, balling or brix for another, and % alcohol for another. You need the specific gravity scale. That's why they are called triple scale hydrometers.
When you find the specific gravity scale, you will see that it is marked in units of 10. i.e 10, 20, 30 etc. These should be interpreted as 1.010, 1.020, 1.030 etc.
FWIW, I agree with DWavs that you're probably reading the balling scale, and the SG is about 1.058 - 1.060.
