First fruit cider recipe here, just looking for feedback/ pointers. Here goes

2.5 gal treetop 100% pressed honeycrisp juice
192 oz (2- 96oz jugs) great value apple juice
138 oz (3- 46 oz jugs) indian summer tart cherry juice
24 oz (2- 12oz cans) 100% pineapple juice concentrate

Will dump onto existing us05 cake, ferment @ upper 60s farenheit So anything look out of place? How can I calculate my OG or should I just take a hydro sample? And should I add raisins or something for yeast nutrient? Any feedback will be appreciated

I don't know how this exact mix will come out but I know, apple juice do work well with cherry juice or pineapple juice. Be ware that it will be quite tart.
The best way to be sure of your OG is take a sample after mixing but you can also use :
(OG juice1 X Vol juice 1 + OG juice2 X Vol juice2 + ...) / total volume of juice
