Yeah, hi!

I've just started my first brew (a slightly optimistic cyser), and signing up somewhere for ideas and advice seems like a plan, so here I am. By the way, now I'm getting into it, this is all really compelling. That I've got six gallons of living, respiring fluid in my airing cupboard, slowly becoming something delicious is like some kind of awesome bio-alchemy. I'm already planning my next batch, looking forward to bugging you guys for help...
