Hey Folks,
I started brewing about a year ago and have been getting a lot out of reading these forums, so figured it was time to join. Ive done about a half dozen extract/specialty grain batches and just recently got started in all-grain shenanigans, having done my second all-grain batch a couple days ago.
I am an admitted newb, especially in all-grain where I have managed to make a couple really bone-headed mistakes, but I am learning and having fun and I dont think Ive totally ruined any beer yet.
Looking forward to your collective wisdom.
